These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pickleball Dink+ ("the App"), operated by JRM Software, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you create (such as chat messages and profile information). By posting content in the App, you grant us a license to display it to other users as part of the App's functionality. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App provides tools for organizing pickleball events and tracking scores. Event organizers are responsible for the management of their events. We are not responsible for any disputes, injuries, or incidents that occur at events organized through the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by JRM Software, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Matchmaking algorithms and score tracking are provided as tools and may not be perfect.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JRM Software, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries at events, disputes between users, or loss of data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
