How do I add a player?
- Open Game Functions and tap "Add Player" to open the "Add Player to Game" dialog.
- Search your group members by name and tap a result to add them.
- They join an active slot if one is open, otherwise the waitlist: "They will be added as active if slots are available, otherwise to the waitlist."
- Adding someone who isn't in the group? Tap "Add as Guest Player," enter their first name (last name optional), gender, and skill level — a guest exists for that game only.

How do I remove a player?
- On the participant's row, open the menu and choose "Remove from event" (or "Remove from waitlist" for a waitlisted player).
- If "Automatically promote from waitlist" is on, the next person up is pulled into the open slot automatically.
- Waitlisted rows also have a "Promote to Going" option if you want to move someone up by hand.

What does "Balance male/female signups automatically" do?
- It applies to a Mixed Gender Round Robin, where every match is 1 male + 1 female vs 1 male + 1 female.
- As people sign up, if one gender gets ahead the next player of that gender goes to the waitlist instead of an active slot, keeping the split even.
- When someone drops, the next waitlisted player of the same gender is promoted, so the balance is preserved.

Round Robin vs Who's Attending — which should I pick?
- Round Robin builds the matchups, runs rounds, records scores, and tracks standings — pick it for organized play.
- Who's Attending only tracks who's in, with no matchups or scores — pick it for drills, clinics, or social play.
